In the end of 2012 I was made redundant after 15 years of hard, professionally fruitful work, due to a large budget cut within an international telecommunications company. I felt that the worth of my knowledge and experience was zero, and I collapsed. My family continuously fought for me, against me, and a lot of good friends helped my family and me. I want to tell them a HUGE THANKS. Therefore, I write this recommendation.
\nOne of the people, who helped me was Eva, who is a business and leadership coach. She helped me rebuild my self-confidence. It was a five months long journey in the field of my emotions. We usually talked biweekly sometimes personally, sometimes on Skype. Step by step we approached my most painful problems. At the beginning my negative emotions were the biggest challenge. Eva helped me to find the way out from my dark emotion labyrinth.
\nShe never told me what to do. During our conversations, she searched for the piece of possible solution which comes from me and she highlighted it. After the meetings I usually continued the line of thought we started, and from time to time I found an answer to my most pressing issues.
\nMy attitude is now changed. I found my values, strengths and potentials again. I was finally able to concentrate on my future. At this point we were able to define the attributes of the ideal workplace for me, while I continuously looked for a job. When my attitude changed my success rate increased. First, I found some freelance work and eventually I found my new job. This would not have been possible without a change of perspective, and without developing my awareness in what I really wanted. Thanks to Eva.<\/p>\n
