Why the sea & this retreat?
<\/strong>Over the past few years, I\u2019ve had the incredible opportunity to work together with inspiring women executives and entrepreneurs in their 40s and 50s, who either navigated through major career changes, or who had taken their businesses to a whole new level – as a result of our work together.<\/p>

During this time, I observed in many of my clients that before change happens<\/strong>, there\u2019s usually a period of dissatisfaction, exhaustion, and the sense of being stuck.<\/p>

The constant overwhelm,<\/p>

the pressure to deliver results at all costs,<\/p>

perfectionism,<\/p>

the feeling of not being good enough,<\/p>

wanting to meet expectations,<\/p>

the procrastination,<\/p>

and taking on too much,<\/p>

can all lead to burnout, fatigue, and a deep sense of disengagement.<\/p>

It is at this point that the desire for change<\/strong> shows up, but often there\u2019s no clear vision, energy, or the courage to take action.<\/p>

And more thinking or doing won\u2019t help<\/strong>. (Even if that\u2019s what we\u2019ve been taught.)<\/p>

We must slow down and stop<\/strong> for a while.\u00a0<\/p>

In that quiet space, through “doing nothing\u201d is when our ability to create<\/strong> something new can surface. We call this the \u201cFertile Void\u201d, and it needs to be there at the end of each of our activities, so that we can start the next one with renewed strength and motivation.<\/p>

But in a world that expects constant productivity, slowing down and doing \u201cnothing\u201d takes courage.
We are conditioned to constantly do stuff, to have a plan, to be useful and to not be idle. Keep going, do more, that’s the mantra we live in.<\/p>

As women, many of us were raised to be \u201cgood girls\u201d – to stay in the background and not be too visible, too loud or determined.
As a result, we often don’t show up for our ideas;<\/strong> instead, we want to do more and do better to prove ourselves.<\/p>

I know the feeling too.<\/p>

And yet, when you finally make time for yourself, allow yourself to slow down<\/b> and take in what this environment and the program offer, you\u2019ll feel your power return. This program isn\u2019t about theories.
It\u2019s about experiencing \u2013 through real-life situations \u2013 what you might already \u201cknow\u201d in your head but haven\u2019t yet been able to put into practice.
I designed the structure around a clear concept, so you can gather both inner and outer experiences and insights throughout the week.<\/p>
