About the Trainers

Dawn Campbell, Master Coach, Mentor, Holistic Health Practitioner & Author

Following a fast track 20 year corporate career in Management Consultancy, Dawn has been a solo entrepreneur for over a decade.   A combination of business expertise and human resource skills enables Dawn to coach, mentor and train others to become boss of their own lives.

Dawn has vast on the job training expertise and is at a heart a Personal Development and Business Coach (specialising in start-ups). Sought after Master Coach, Dawn also mentors student coaches in her role as Head of Mentoring for Noble Manhattan, Europe’s leading coach training provider.

 She is also a  certified ’Heal Your Life’ teacher (philosophy of Louise Hay); a Callahan trained Thought Field Therapist; qualified Holistic Health Practitioner and published Author of several co-authored books.

Perpetual student Dawn is studying Naturopathy, Buddhist philosophy, writing her next book and training for her next marathon.

HOST, CO-TRAINER

Eva Tornallyay is an economist of hospitality and tourism, business and leadership development coach, team coach, psychodrama leader, the founder of Kalangu Coaching, and a global nomad. She grew up in West Africa, in an English speaking multicultural environment. She had also lived in Barcelona, Spain. More than 20 years of experience in international tourism, business and product development, client and people management, intercultural negotiation, and 10 years as director of her own company.
The transition to coaching has given her tools to continue working with people, and to pass on some of the experience gained in the international environment, working with people from all sorts of cultures. Currently, she works with successful professionals in Budapest, Barcelona, Lisbon and London, and started management development in tourism related organizations. Her main coaching fields are: business development. career transition, burnout, networking and sabbatical time. Her coaching style is a combination of the values and habits she learnt from other cultures, of the Gestalt coaching method, and also the techniques used in psychodrama. Her multicultural background and the years of working with other cultures has proved it to her, that simple conversations, genuine curiosity and respect are the keys to an endless source of learning, new ideas, and self-development, which can lead to the better understanding and more successful cooperation of people, wherever they are.
